Production Time

We strive to create high-quality products for our customers as quickly as possible. Typically, we complete production and ship within 3-7 business days of receiving your order (often faster). However, during peak seasons or promotional events, production time may extend by a few days.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the shipping address, the chosen shipping method, and current market logistics conditions. However, for orders choosing standard shipping, delivery is expected within 7-14 business days after shipment (excluding Hawaii and Alaska, which may take longer).

Shipping and Handling Fees

We offer free standard shipping on all eligible orders totaling $69 (after tax and discounts). You can upgrade your shipping option at checkout for an additional fee.

Post Office Boxes

Due to the nature of post office boxes, we can only ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please allow 7 to 14 business days for delivery.

Note: Post office box packages cannot be tracked throughout the entire process.

U.S. Territory and Military/Fleet Mail Addresses

We currently do not ship to U.S. Territory or Military/Fleet Mail Addresses.

Hawaii and Alaska

Unless you select an alternative shipping method, the default shipping method at checkout is the United States Postal Service (USPS). Because Hawaii and Alaska are far from our warehouse in Houston, Texas, local customers may find delivery times slightly longer with this method. If you would like your order shipped faster, we recommend contacting our customer support team (Zen@knitpuzzle.com) before placing your order to discuss alternative shipping options.

Packaging and Shipping

Orders will be packed in corrugated boxes and shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on the delivery location and the shipping method you select at checkout.

Most orders will be shipped via UPS, but certain products/orders destined for specific destinations (e.g., Hawaii and Alaska, or more remote areas) may be shipped via USPS. Regardless of the method, we offer several shipping options for you to choose from at checkout. A signature is usually not required upon delivery.

All packages shipped via UPS or FedEx are typically left at the delivery person's door, porch, or gate at their discretion. KNITPUZZLE has no control over the delivery person's actions and is not responsible for items that may be stolen or removed from the delivery location. If you would like to purchase insurance for your package (for an additional fee), please contact us directly before placing your order: Zen@knitpuzzle.com.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with the corresponding tracking number. To track your package, simply click the link in the email; you will be redirected to the website of the logistics company responsible for shipping your order. On that page, you can check the status of your package.

Note: Sometimes, especially during busy months, you may find that the tracking information is inaccurate or missing. This is not within KNITPUZZLE's control but rather a matter of how quickly the carrier updates its information. While we cannot control the transit of packages after they leave our warehouse, nor can we control the information displayed on the carrier's website, we are always ready to assist you with any tracking needs!

Note: If you encounter a situation where the package status shows as delivered but you cannot find it, we recommend that you contact the carrier directly first. If they are unable to help, we will do our best to assist you.

Holiday Orders

Normally, our processing speed is just as fast during the holiday season. However, please note that during the busiest periods of the year and/or times of exceptionally high demand (such as holiday seasons and promotional events), order production times may be longer.
